01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Nexus AI Solutions website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Separate written agreements govern any services we provide to clients; where they conflict with these terms, the written agreement prevails.

02Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, submit false or malicious information through our forms, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

03Services and engagements

We provide mobile app development, website design and development, SaaS product development, and AI and workflow automation services. Information on this website describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. Each engagement is defined by a proposal or statement of work setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms.

Timelines depend on timely feedback, content and access from the client. Changes to agreed scope may affect cost and schedule and will be agreed in writing.

04AI-powered solutions

AI systems can produce outputs that are inaccurate or incomplete. We design solutions with appropriate safeguards, boundaries and human oversight, but clients remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs and for how they are used in their business, particularly for financial, legal, medical or other high-impact decisions.

05Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics and code, belongs to Nexus AI Solutions or its licensors. Client project logos and names are shown with permission and remain the property of their owners.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment clients own the custom deliverables we create for them. Nexus retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, know-how and generic components, which clients receive a licence to use as part of the deliverable.

06Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us during enquiries and projects as confidential and use it only to evaluate and deliver the work. Formal non-disclosure agreements are available on request.

07Third-party services

Our solutions may rely on third-party platforms such as app stores, cloud hosting, payment providers, social networks and AI services. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or policies.

08Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus AI Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our liability for services is set out in the relevant client agreement.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, unless a client agreement specifies otherwise. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion before any formal proceedings.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
